The National Rifle Association’s 6th Annual World Shooting Championship begins Wednesday, Sept. 18 at the Peacemaker National Training Center in Glengary, West Virginia.
“This competition is the all-encompassing test of shooting prowess,” said Joe DeBergalis, Executive Director of NRA General Operations. “This event attracts some of the biggest names in the industry while remaining fully open to amateurs.”
Competitors in this three-day event participate in 3-Gun, High-Power Silhouette, Cowboy Action and more. Crazy Quail will reprise its role for two stages of shotgun events, along with a host of other sponsors. Side matches will also be available to test skills during the match.
Competitors must bring their ID, a copy of their FFL and a copy of their confirmation to the match. Official check-in will be Sept. 18, from 4-7 p.m. at the Hampton Inn at 1204 Berryville Ave. in Winchester, Va.
