Space is still available in the 2018 NRA Junior Smallbore Camp, but that won't last long! Hurry and register today to secure a spot for this exciting training opportunity, and give your kids or club a fantastic summer experience.
This year's participants will be a part of history as the camp moves from Ohio to the home of the NRA Smallbore National Matches at Wa-Ke-De Range in Bristol, Ind. The camp runs July 14-18, and shooters can stick around to participate in the 2018 NRA Smallbore National Matches taking place directly after, July 18-30. High school age students can come and learn from some of the best, and fire alongside many others to compete in the National Championship.
The new location will offer all of the same wonderful intermediate camp experiences, along with several new and exciting additions. This year, the $350 entry fee includes housing and food! Housing and three meals a day will be provided by The Howe Military Academy: campers will be housed in its barracks with chaperones, meals will be served in the cafeteria, and classes will take place in study halls.
The camp will be led by Mary and Clyde Furr, well-known and well-respected members of the competitive shooting community. They will be joined by engaging NCDS members and Certified Instructors and Coaches from across the country.
NRA National Junior Shooting Camps provide junior shooters with high-quality training opportunities that will enrich their shooting skills, teach discipline and focus, and help them build friendships. Top-level coaches help athletes develop their marksmanship skills from casual to competitive through challenging and rewarding lessons.
