MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: Oliver North's American Heroes Series Premiere
FAIRFAX, Va.– The first episode ofOliver North’s American Heroes airs beginning November 13 and tells the story of Dave Eubank, the founder the of Free Burma Rangers—a part disaster relief, part missionary, part military organization whose mission is as unique as it is ambitious:To bring help, hope and love to people of all faiths and ethnicities in conflict zones of Burma, to shine a light on the actions of oppressors, to stand with the oppressed and support leaders and organizations committed to liberty, justice and service.
Extending Free Burma Rangers’ mission to conflict zones beyond Burma, Dave, along with his wife and three children, has deployed to war-torn Sudan and to ISIS-controlled Iraq to provide aid, protection and comfort to the oppressed peoples in those areas. The backs of the t-shirts on the Free Burma Rangers in training have this advice:Love each other. Unite and work for freedom, justice and peace. Forgive and don’t hate each other. Pray with faith. Act with courage. Never surrender.
For more than two decades, LtCol Oliver North, USMC (ret.) has told stories of American heroes in uniform. Now, Oliver North’s American Heroes will tell the stories of great Americans from all walks of life.
"These are people who put themselves at risk for the benefit of others. They awoke one morning unaware that day they would be confronted with a moment that required a hero. And they took action." – LtCol North
"You know, if you ask Dave Eubank what he’s accomplished in his life, he’ll tell you he’s been an Army officer, a missionary and a protector of the oppressed. But if you ask him what he is, he’ll tell you he’s an ambassador for Jesus." – LtCol North
"Dave will never tell you he’s a hero. But he is an American Hero." – LtCol North
Celebrate this American Hero in this 39-minute film and see what he’s doing for the oppressed people in the world, all in God’s name. WatchEpisode 1: Dave Eubankonly on NRATV.com.
