For more than two decades, NRA has attracted exceptional students from across the country to attend its Youth Education Summit (Y.E.S.) and from July 24-30, NRA welcomes the class of 2017!
These bright, ambitious, and patriotic students represent 35 states from Alaska to Hawaii and will pack their bags for a week of fun they’ll never forget.
“We had a lot of excellent applicants this year,” remarks Sarah Engeset, Director of Volunteer Fundraising. “These students are the best and brightest among their high school peers. It’s refreshing to see the future of our country so passionate about making a difference through community and civic service.”
The mission of the Y.E.S. program is to provide students with the opportunity to explore our American government, Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution, while encouraging them to become responsible citizens who participate in the democratic process and return to their communities with a proactive voice for the Second Amendment.
Join us in welcoming this year's Y.E.S. participants!
