This week we recognize Chairman Randy Paschal, volunteer of 10 years with the Lee County, North Carolina Friends of NRA!
During his service, Randy has sold 50 banquet tickets raising $2,000, sold 5 sponsorship's totaling $1,250, raised $3,500 in pre and post-event raffles, and acquired multiple donations to support the Foundation.
"Randy is a leader who is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and he leads by example to get others more involved with different projects."
NRA Field Representative Lloyd Edwards shared, “Randy has led by example, taking this committee from a group having 50 people tops to now having over 200 people, and this year reaching “High Caliber” for the first time ever. Randy has visited several other clubs getting their participation and donations as well. He has assisted 4 other committees, and he and his wife are always willing to assist when asked.
Randy is a leader who isn’t afraid to get dirty and he leads by example and gets others to help with projects. He is also an important part of the North Carolina Calendar Project which is the first in this Region. He believes in our program and wants to do everything he can do to help raise funds for the children in our area. Randy has been on the ENC State Fund Committee for the last 3 years and champions the youth programs. Randy represents what this program stands for; He believes in the programs and helps promote Friends of NRA to everyone he encounters. I wish I had another 100 volunteers like Randy. He is a pleasure to work with and be around!”
