Live from SHOT Show: SilencerCo Maxim 9

SilencerCo caught our attention last year when they unveiled the Maxim 9, the company's foray into firearm manufacturing.

Instead of designing a suppressor for a gun, the company is ditching their regular MO for the Maxim 9 and are making the gun for the suppressor. The result? A futuristic-looking 9mm pistol with an integrated suppressor whose shots should be hearing safe.

Named after Hiram Maxim, the inventor of suppressors, you can expect to see this innovative pistol on shelves late this year.
